New in this release :

  • New ALBUM COVER BROWSER. Just press 'B' to show or hide it (a button is only available on the thin red skin for now)
  • Drag and Drop Album covers - just drag and drop an album cover image (from the internet or Windows) onto the correct album folder in the Album Cover Browser.
  • New Error Log screen. Program should no longer stop execution when it encounters corrupt or DMR files.
  • First stab at Tool Tips. Hover your mouse over buttons and get a short description.
  • minor tweaks.

    You will need Direct X installed to run. You can get it from Microsoft here. This is all beta. I am not responsible or liable for whatever happens to your computer, even if it starts to emit a foul odour.

  • Search function and button added to allow key word searching for files or folders in the current tree.
  • PLAYLIST button toggles playlist visibility
  • File Listings are now saved for each unique Drive+Volume name combination. This allows you to swap CDs of music files and AudioCafé will remeber what is on them,
  • You can now edit and save the ID3 tag info of the track that is playing. The player will briefly pause while it writes the new info. The volume levels may do something funny if you save the tag info in the middle of a crossfade (untested at this point).
